Wonderful team at Haven .thank you to Helen the funeral arranger,Alison the celebrant and Sam the usher .service was carried out with great empathy for my Aunty Pat today.my parents Lydia and Ralph were very impressed. Floral tribute lovely as asked for.can,t thank you enough. All beautifully done.

The entire team at Haven Funeral Partners supported our family during a very difficult and emotional time. Elaine took care of the arrangements with patience and understanding. We are deeply grateful for Sam, who took care of our mum and assisted with the most difficult time of getting mum ready with lots of care in the chapel of rest and guided us through the whole of the funeral service. We would recommend Haven to anyone seeking a compassionate funeral service.

Excellent service from start to finish with arranging my mothers funeral in April. Micah Andrews was very caring and had empathy. She is a credit to Haven but also not forgetting the other members of the team on the day very emphatic. Would 100% recommend Haven to take care of any funeral arrangements .

Elaine made us welcome the minute we entered the door and treated us, and our mum who had passed, with great compassion, empathy and care.
She helped us with everything and no issue was to small. This lady went above and beyond looking after us.
Sam, the funeral director, was fantastic and set our mind at ease on the day and really helped my ailing father at the crematorium.
Absolutely amazing and caring people working at the kingshill branch and haven in general.

I am writing this review to express my deepest gratitude to Haven Funeral Services for their exceptional service during an incredibly difficult time. Losing my best friend was devastating, but Helen's extraordinary care, genuine empathy, and amazing guidance made organizing his celebration of life not just bearable, but truly beautiful. From the initial consultation to the final farewell, Helen was a constant source of support, patiently guiding me through every step with professionalism and compassion. She has a gift for understanding what's needed, and her suggestions were invaluable in creating a truly memorable and fitting tribute that all his friends and family are still talking about. It was an honour to work with her, and together with his entire family we are forever grateful.

I would also like to acknowledge Sam, the funeral director, whose care, compassion, and professionalism during the service itself were deeply appreciated. Her presence provided a sense of calm and reassurance, allowing us to focus on celebrating our friend's life. And Jackie's incredible helpfulness and comforting presence were a true blessing during a time of immense sadness. Her support meant the world to us.
