From the very first phone call, Elaine atvthe Hayes branch was patient, empathetic, and professional. They handled everything with such dignity, making a difficult time much easier to navigate. She really listened to what we wanted and went out of her way to make sure Dad’s funeral was exactly how we had hoped it would be.
